Joomla Integration

I've used Chris' calendar on and off for a fair time now. For our rental property here in France it's been the best calendar choice I could find. Although we''re used to having two logins for our site (the site and the calendar) there's no doubt it would be more convenient if there was just one logi...

Re: .lang.php not found

On and off I've experienced this problem too. For me it's only with Firefox and I've decided it's something to do with my machine / version of Fireforx & it's settings. I say this as it will work in any other browser on my machine just fine, and any other maching on our network (3 others) in eve...

Re: New problem

In the latest version of your code (downloaded today), I'm not finding this code anywhere in that file? Should I look somewhere else of have things 'changed somewhat' and hence this isn't applicable anymore?

Thanks

Add a new language problem

I'm having a problem adding new languages to the calendar right now and am hoping someone can put me on the straight and narrow. Specifically I'm adding French and you can see the problem at the following page, by selecting French from the language drop down associated with the calendar: http://www....

Re: .lang.php file not found

Yes it is strange....and to prove the point this morning when I revisited things all was working fine. The V2 Calendar that I have running elsewhere still doesn't like Firefox but I'll upgrade that shortly. I'm still playing around with V3 but must say I am mightily impressed. The change from V2 to ...

Re: .lang.php file not found

Chris - I'm questioning (in fact thinking) that the issue lies not with the s/w but with the machine trying to access the web page. I've successfully accessed both the front and backends of the calendar on two other machines. All machines are Windows, and one of the other two is running exactly the ...

Re: .lang.php file not found

Unfortunately I'm suffering from the same issue here. I've checked in the backend via phpMyAdmin and en is showing as the default language. I've tried selecting Spanish as the defauly language at installation stage, however, the same problem occurs. As someone previously suggested, changing en.lang....

JS event keys...

Hi Chris...I apologise in advance for adding another posting to your list of things to read.... That said, perhaps someone else will know the answer to this and can help me! I've implemented the V2 calendar script and added a Provisional Booking state using the shiftKey. That means for the various o...

Change start day to a Saturday

Now this is bugging me! In a previous post you oulined how to change the start day to a Friday. Logically (to me at least) it can't be a big step to modify that code to get it to a Saturday start. Well I'm wrong. The newly entered code snippets were: // Saturday start $d=6; # Saturday is number 6 fo...

Re: Should I charge for this calendar?

Hi Chris, A two fold post, first off, could you email me a zipped copy of the files to have a go with? I live v2, but like v3 even more :D. We have a holiday house which we rent out in France and I'm looking for an availability calendar. As for charging that's a very good question, and a tricky one....
