Re: adding user to administer bookings in an existing calend

Hello Chris,

It is just this one-off case; I have only one calendar and only my parents to deal with ;-)

With the info you provided I should be able to hack the code to remove the limit as to what calendars and menu's can be seen and edited. You got it perfectly right!

Thanks a lot,
Tjerk.

Re: Consistancy in booking states and colors

Yup, pondering ;-) On my website at http://www.elzenhof.nl/beschikbaarheid.html I ditched the key because it grew way too large with all possible combinations. Instead I hacked up a small key image that will do for the next few days... Notice how I made a small 'changeover' state that seems to work ...

Re: adding user to administer bookings in an existing calend

Thanks for your clear replies Chris! I understand the 'Item ID' answer. Let me explain my question about the additional user a bit more. What I need is a way to give my parents access to the 'Bookings' tab (and the Bookings tab alone) of an existing calendar; a calendar I created with my admin accou...

'cycle' function sometimes broken

Chris, I couldn't find this discussion about the not working 'cycle' function when setting a booking state on this 'new' board. Just to let you know there are more people/installs with this problem. I could also only click from available to 2 further options and then it got stuck and didn't click th...

adding user to administer bookings in an existing calendar

Chris, In version 3.01 you added a special admin user to allow individual users to be added with permission to administrate their own calendars but NOT the general calendar details (states etc). I want to add a new user which should be able to administer the bookings in an already existing calendar;...

Split CSS and language files of the public and admin pages?

Chris, I changed the layout of my calendar, in particular the alignment of the Next and Previous months buttons, and that also changed their position in the admin Bookings section! That was unexpected and unwanted; While I totally tune the public calendar to my Dutch users and website, I'd like the ...

'next' and 'previous' month texts differ in default language

I noticed that the 'next' and 'previous' months texts in the default english and spanish language files are inconsistant: $lang["prev_X_months"] = "Previous $numMonths months"; $lang["next_X_months"] = "Next $numMonths months"; $lang["prev_X_months"]...
