can be adjusted ajax script to write the value list_order shape 01, 02, 03... or start 11, 12, 13...? Because the problem is the dump where value list_order > 10

I added a translation in admin settings v3.02, but we need to set encoding for all pages (preferably UTF-8) to display correctly Czech diacritics
