Help with installation and general calendar setttings

Iframe insertion is driving me crazy!

I am inserting the "iframe" into my html web page for Ajax Availability Calendar.

It simply not working...just driving me crazy...I get "ERROR SELECTING THE DATABASE TABLE" square" but nothing else.

Hi,
As far as I can see you haven't installed the calendar yet.
You need to click on the "click here to run the install script" link and run the install code.

ERROR SELECTING THE DATABASE TABLE

The script has been unable to select the database table.
Please check that you have modified the ac-config.inc.php file with your data.
If you haven't yet setup your calendar, click here to run the install script.

This is what I get...

Database Host...................localhost
Database Name.................
Database Username...........
Database Password............
where do iI get the above information from?
