Removing Language Option

Hi, I searched the forum but couldn't seem to find an answer on how to remove the ES language option. I tried from the admin panel and this failed even after making sure the files/folders were 777. Please can you tell me how and where to remove this option?

If the delete button isn't working, you can simply delete the language file from the lang folder.

Thanks Chris. This has resolved the problem and editting the index.php file removed the selection box.
