Could you echo the $the_file variable to see what your path is?
Also check what the path should be with print_r($_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"]);

If all else fails, send me a pm with your ftp details and I will take a look for you.

I had the same problems but now it´s working under WampServer for Windows.

I did the following changes:
File: \Availability\ac-admin\index.php
Line: 14
Before: define("AC_ROOT", str_replace("/ac-admin","/",__DIR__));
After: define("AC_ROOT", str_replace("ac-admin","/",__DIR__));

File: \ac-includes\ajax\
Line: 38
Before: define("AC_ROOT", str_replace("ac-includes/ajax","",dirname(__FILE__)));
After: define("AC_ROOT", str_replace("ac-includes\\ajax","",dirname(__FILE__)));

File: \ac-admin\css\admin-calendar.css
Line: 7
Before: .cal_month ul li.booked_pr_pm { background-image:url("/calendar/ac-contents/themes/default/images/bg_days.png");}
After: .cal_month ul li.booked_pr_pm { background-image:url("../../ac-contents/themes/default/images/bg_days.png");}

Best Regards.

function session_clear() {
// if session exists, unregister all variables that exist and destroy session
$exists = "no";
$session_array = explode(";",session_encode());
for ($x = 0; $x < count($session_array); $x++) {
$name = substr($session_array[$x], 0, strpos($session_array[$x],"|"));
if (@session_is_registered($name)) {
$exists = "yes";
if ($exists != "no") {
if(!@session_is_registered(session_name())) {
header("Location: index.php");
echo"<h1 style=\"color:red;\">NOT Logged Out</h1>";
echo"Please contact the system administrator.";
This did the trick for me, now i can logout and come into the adminlogin
