Made a boo boo

Postby manamaga » Tue Sep 07, 2010 6:49 pm

I worked hard getting this to look good, and with plenty of help from Chris also! (Thanks Chris), here is my setup:
I have actually embedded this page into our schools Microsoft Sharepoint intranet but i cant show you that as its not available externally from school. My boo boo, which i didnt spot until today, is that if you look at the above link and choose 'Conference Room', you will see that it is booked for After School period on the 20th October, however, what i didnt realise is, how do staff know that the room is available for the rest of that day, namely P1,P2 and so on. Does anyone have any ideas at all how i could tweak this?? Help would be greatly appreciated as school staff and management are really pleased with the calendar but if i cant tweak it, i`m going to have to remove it and find another solution, which i dont really want to do as Chris has devoted his time to helping me out on this. Many thanks guys :D

To be honest I am not sure that this calendar script, as is, is right for your needs.
You really need a "slot" availability calendar rather than a "day" availability calendar.
No doubt this calendar could be adapted to do this but it would be no small task.
