wrong item_ids in backend

Postby tele » Sun Feb 06, 2011 10:51 pm

hello people,

item_id agrees with me that does not match the field in the admin.
If I delete a object is not deleted item_id.
The item_id remains continuously

I need a proper allocation of the item_id

What's wrong?

Hi,
I'm afraid that I don't understand your question.
Could you expand and possibly include images to help demonstrate your issue?

Hi,
The external id is not actually used by the code, it is simply there in case you need (and are able as it requires php skills) to link the calendar to an existing database item.
To get the id of the item either look at the source code of the select list on the calendar index.php page or check the address bar when you click on an item to modify it in admin.
You should see something like this:
index.php?page=items&action=edit&id=1
That "id" parameter at the end of the url is the id that you want for each item.
