.lang.php file not found

Postby MetroWeb » Sun Apr 10, 2011 3:43 pm

This was originally posted in the V3 Support forum and thought it might need to be here since it seems to be a bug.

FireFox v3.6.16
Calendar v3.03.03

url to http://www.domainname.com/calendar/index.php

returns in the browser

/home/bransonm/public_html/calendar/ac-contents/lang/.lang.php not found

doesn't matter if you are using the http://www or just http://domainname

Sometimes, I have this issue when using Safari on Mac OSX 10.8. However if I close all Safari windows and re open browser , than it gets fine. :roll:
Firefox so far has not this problem.

I just use the english calendar , so I found an easy way to walk around the issue by hardcoding the instructions that set the language files path.

On both cal.inc.php and ajax-common.inc.php just replaced:
$the_file=AC_DIR_AC_LANG.AC_LANG.".lang.php"; by $the_file=AC_DIR_AC_LANG."en.lang.php";

Hope that helps.
