Cntrl key on Macs

Cntrl key on Macs

Postby mt24 » Fri Jul 18, 2008 3:51 pm

Hi Chris

As others have all said, thank you for a wonderful program - just great! I have spent ages trawling through the commercial ones available and yours seems the simplest and most user friendly, plus you assist so willingly on this forum!!

Anyway, simple question which applies to myself (but not my client) - is there a way to change the Control key to be the Command key? On a Mac the cntrl key sets off the Contextual Menu (like a Right click), and it's not possible to activate the pm state.

Many thanks

Hi there and welcome to the forum :)

Thanks for the great comments, I am glad that you find both the script and the forum useful.

To be honest, right now I am not able to spend too much time working on this script as I am very busy working, however, this same question came up a few months back - take a look a Half day bookings different key to choose and see of it solves your question - I remember that the solution was actually fairly straight forward though I can't remember right now exactly what steps where required.

I hope that solves it for you ;)
